Sunwood Estates is a family-oriented neighborhood located in Friendswood, Texas, named #5 on Family Circle’s Best Towns for Families in America” list in 2011 as well as one of Money Magazine’s “Top 100 Best Places to Live in the United States” in 2009 and 2007. In 2013 Friendswood was named the best place to live in the Bay Area. Our neighborhood is composed of 48 beautiful homes filled by families who know and care for each other. Every property owner automatically becomes a member of the Sunwood Estates Homeowners Association upon the purchase of a residence in the subdivision. The HOA governs and maintains the business, affairs and common property that contribute to the overall ambience and property values in our neighborhood. Through the assessment of homeowner dues, the Association maintains the landscaping and fencing of common areas. The primary mission of the HOA is to provide a quality environment for all residents, seek to maintain property values, and promote a safe and friendly place for families to live.
